     * a free, no-obligation interview to see if we are a good fit
     * prenatal visit(s) 
     * assistance in drafting your birth plan 
     * unlimited availability to answer questions by phone or email
     * an extensive lending library of books and videos
     * on call access 24/7 for 2 weeks before and after your estimated due date
     * continuous care at home, hospital or birth center starting at the onset of
        labor or when you are ready for your doula to join you
     * educational, emotional and physical support throughout labor & delivery,
        including gentle comfort measures and relaxation techniques
     * immediate post partum support
     * assistance with initial breastfeeding 
     * postpartum meeting to help with any problems, to discuss your birth, 
        and of course to admire your precious baby! 

      * We have back up arrangements in place in the event that the doula you 
         chose is unavailable for any reason.

 
The fee for the above services varies based on which doula you work with.  

  Services can be tailored to meet your specific needs. Individual childbirth
  education classes or additional post partum support can be arranged.
